We all had to learn how to deal with the Covid-19 virus in the first half of 2020. Our lives have been severely restricted over long stretches and - just think of key words such as travel restrictions, home office or mouth / nose protection mask, lockdown - put to a severe test. We caterers also had to endure a drought that lasted for months.
