So there was no point in just waiting when we were allowed to start again, because it was clear that the restart would only take place under conditions and restrictions. We have taken this insight as an opportunity to prepare ourselves as much as possible for the expected requirements for our industry. We decided to focus on the core task of "professional planning and implementation of hygiene measures". To this end, we have identified two main measures: special hygiene training for all employees involved in the preparation and execution of events, as well as the in-depth study of the restrictions still in force in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony for the organisation of events in order to be able to draw up appropriate - tailor-made - hygiene concepts, as are mandatory in all federal states. The hygiene training of the employees has now been completed. For example, the event space/s must be visualised, taking into account the minimum distance regulations as well as the running paths and visitor flows, the schedules drawn up and the admission management and the accreditation of the guests (in compliance with data protection regulations) to be presented in detail.
